Made to order

TANX products are produced after you order through our fulfillment partner, Yoycol. Production time is separate from shipping time. Items are not ready-to-ship warehouse stock.

Production and delivery estimates

Our supplier’s typical production estimates are about 2–4 days for polyester clothing and 5–10 days for footwear and accessories. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch dates; production can take longer during holidays, busy periods, or for particular products. Orders containing different items may take longer or arrive in separate packages.

Transit time depends on the destination and available shipping method. Any carrier transit estimate starts after dispatch and does not include production. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We do not guarantee event-date delivery.

Rates and destinations

Available destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout before payment. We do not offer a universal $5 domestic rate. Any free-shipping eligibility is shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and any duties collected by the store are also shown before payment. For cross-border orders, import charges not collected at checkout may be payable to customs or the carrier.

Tracking and delays

You will receive shipment information when tracking is available. A shipping-label notification does not necessarily mean that the carrier has received the parcel. If dispatch cannot occur within a promised time, or within the time required by applicable law, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel unshipped items for a refund, as required by law.

Address issues, missing or damaged orders

Check your delivery address before payment and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. If an order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact TANX at wire171171@gmail.com or our contact form with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
