Refund policy

30-day returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items returned because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. These condition requirements do not limit your rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

How to request a return

Contact wire171171@gmail.com or our contact form with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items to the address on the parcel or to our production partner without instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. If available, include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate with our supplier. Prompt reporting helps us resolve the issue; it does not shorten any return period or statutory rights. For a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return costs.

Refunds and exchanges

We will confirm the outcome of your request and any return arrangements by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us if you need a different size or item so we can explain the available return and reorder options.

Cancellations

Because products are made to order, contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Production may begin promptly, so a discretionary cancellation may not be possible once work has started. This does not restrict statutory cancellation rights, remedies for late shipment, or rights for defective or misdescribed goods.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to applicable consumer rights. Where local law provides stronger cancellation, return, refund, or guarantee rights, those rights apply. Standard catalog products are not automatically exempt from those rights merely because they are printed after purchase. Changes to this policy do not reduce rights or promises applicable to orders already placed.
